Terms of Service,
in plain evening prose.
The reading is short. The promise is simple. By bringing a ritual — or a seat in the Soul Sanctuary — into your evening, you agree to the floor below.
1. What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of Food for the Soul (the “studio”), operated by Sloane as a Digital Zen Architect. They apply to two offerings you can bring into your evening:
- One-time rituals. A spoken or written practice — a sleep ritual, a morning abundance practice, a gentle unwinding — sold as a single purchase.
- Soul Sanctuary membership. A recurring monthly or annual subscription that unlocks the full Soul Library, the weekly Sunday letter, and fresh seasonal content.
2. Our no-refund stance
Every ritual at the studio is prepared once, by Sloane, with care. Because the work is delivered digitally — and is meant to be received in a particular hour — purchases are non-refundable once made. This applies in full to both:
- one-time rituals, from the moment your order is confirmed; and
- Soul Sanctuary membership fees, from the moment each billing cycle is charged.
If a ritual could not be delivered, or arrived broken, write to us and we will repair it — a fresh file, a corrected transcript, a re-opened link — at no further charge.
3. Payment terms
- Currency. All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Processor. Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe accepts the major credit and debit cards shown at checkout.
- Taxes. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout, depending on your location.
- Pricing changes. Prices and availability of rituals — and the terms of Soul Sanctuary membership — may change at any time, without prior notice. Changes do not retroactively affect a purchase you have already made.
4. Soul Sanctuary — cancellations
You may cancel your Soul Sanctuary membership at any time, from inside your account or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep the library, the letters archived, and any seasonal rituals already released to you. The current cycle, however, is not refundable.
5. Use of the rituals
The practices, recordings, and written material Sloane shares through the studio are for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not resell, redistribute, or publicly rebroadcast them. If a friend would like a ritual, send them to the studio so Sloane can keep the door open for everyone.
6. Health & wellness
Sloane's work supports mindfulness, restorative rest, and gentle evening reflection. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological care. Please read our Health & Wellness Disclaimer before bringing a ritual into a difficult season.
7. Reaching the studio
Questions, repair requests, or quiet correspondence can be sent to food-for-the-soul@polsia.app. We read every letter; the reply may take a day, depending on the season.
